Terms of Service

Izzy is a web-based software solution in the Enterprise Resource Management (ERP) segment, primarily focused on Small and Medium-sized Businesses (SMBs).

Izzy serves multiple business sectors, including Retail, Construction Companies, Healthcare Clinics, Independent Service Providers, Schools, Professional Associations, and many others.

Izzy includes several modules and is constantly evolving, but its licensing includes, at a minimum, the following modules:

Merlion IT hosts Izzy on AWS cloud infrastructure, providing extensive computational resources to support cloud-based services. In addition, data backups are performed daily and retained for 15 days in the event of a computing environment failure requiring server recovery. Backups cover all environments available for Izzy.

Izzy is committed to maintaining service availability above 90%, with scheduled maintenance periods communicated to clients in advance. In the event of unscheduled outages, downtime shall not exceed 4 hours. We maintain contingency infrastructure across multiple regions within Google Cloud and AWS environments to ensure this level of service.

Merlion IT support services operate on an 8x5 schedule (8 hours per day, 5 days per week), from 08:00 AM to 06:00 PM on business days.

Support contact information is provided to the client upon contracting the service and is not publicly disclosed in these Terms, as it is not an open support channel. Support is primarily provided via WhatsApp, and may also occur through email or telephone.

Our support operators are fully trained across all Izzy modules to ensure the best user experience and high system availability for users.
