Izzy is cloud-based software, and each client has an independent database installation. Isolation is managed by schema, ensuring that one client is physically separated from another within our database structure, preventing cross-visibility of information.
All access to the system is individually identified, and under the terms of this policy, users registered in Izzy are individually identified.
Master access is granted only to Izzy administrators, who are also individually identified. Therefore, there is no generic “master” user within Merlion IT Ltda, ensuring that all operations performed, including administrative actions, can be clearly and unequivocally identified if civil liability must be determined.
Merlion IT Ltda is not responsible for the sharing of usernames and passwords with third parties after access credentials have been individually, privately, and specifically assigned to each user accessing Izzy.
